To cook delicious salmon in a pan you need to choose the "right" marinade. Today it will be based on white wine, which reveals the taste of fish from a new side, soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and fragrant herbs of Provence.   • salmon steak - 2 pcs. (400 g)
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 0.5 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • white dry wine - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
  • a mixture of peppers - 2 pinches


1. First you need to peel the fish from the scales, rinse and dry.

2. Combine white wine, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, Provencal herbs, pepper if desired. Wait until the sugar is completely dissolved and pour the marinade over the fish, leaving for 1 hour.

3. Preheat a frying pan, grease with a little vegetable oil and lay out the salmon. Fry the fish for 4 seconds on each side and immediately spread on a plate.
