Kimchi soup in a vacuum flask

If you want something special, make a spicy Korean soup from sauerkraut kimchi!

INGREDIENTS:

  • kimchi - 50 gr
  • tofu cheese - 250 gr
  • wood mushrooms - 2 pcs.
  • dried shrimp - 10 gr
  • dried onions - 5 g
  • fresh onions - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 tooth.
  • boiling water - 100 ml

Preparation:

The recipe is as simple as possible. Put the cabbage in a thermos, fill it with boiling water and close the lid. After 10 minutes, add the other ingredients, mix well and close the lid again. Your Korean kimchi soup will be ready in 30 minutes. Super fast and bright to taste!
